Value for money

Apartment very clean, location perfect. Swimming pool very nice and there was no other people at all. We liked our stay very much.

Apartment a bit too small for 4 people. We were agreed with host to meet at Starbucks, but she was late, so we had to wait around 40 min. But all these is just a small details, basically apartment is very good.

The location was excellent.

The location was excellent. The pools were great. The reduced rate for maintenance issues was appreciated.

It was a little smaller than I thought but it was as big as advertised. There were some maintenance issues such as broken doors but the host generously reduced our stay rate.

Great location and facilities were all good. Balcony with view was great!

Quite small with a tiny lounge area but the main issue was rock hard beds! Expensive but that is Singapore!

very disappointing accomodation

the view and location was the only thing we liked

apartment did not look anything like the advertisement on bookings .com had to ring an fight for the sofa bed that was advertised, told us we could have a mattress on the floor, beds were hard as a rock, cold shower 1st night as no instructions about how to switch hot water on in the bedroom, no instructions on how to use or work anything, one towel per person for a week, no instructions on how to use washing machine and no washing powder. when we were taking pillow cases and sheets off the beds, one of the pillows had blood stains on it , and the others were stained, only one sheet, no mattress or pillow protectors... so very disappointed , about the false advertisement of the appartment

A lovely time had in a great location. Close to MRT and covenience stores.

I liked the location. The hosts were very accommodating, waiting for us to arrive after a small delay.

The apartment needed a really good clean! The washing machine didn't seem to dry, and without a manual it was impossible to work out. The TV was pointless, as their was no Netflix and it seemed to work on analogue signal only which wasn't watchable. Missing a toaster.

Location

Keys took 4 phone calls to receive. No easy drop off area at the apartment. Drying facility on the washer/dryer didn't work. Limited towels for 3 days including same for pool and showering. Many signs around the building saying NO to short stay visitors (min 6 months) so made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Singapore stopover.

The property is in a good location if you work in the financial district. It’s also not far from 2 MRT station so easy enough to get around if need be. Great food court right opposite the building if you want a delicious inexpensive meal! Nice pool facilities. 2 pools on 2 different levels - 7 & 19. The pic is of Level 19

The communication with the property pre stay & for certain things was very poor. Booked the property in May - stayed in Sept - sent 4 emails before our stay enquiring about a late check out. No response Asked several times over the 4 days that we were there with no until the evening of the night before we were due to fly out. There is no reception at the property so you have nowhere to leave your luggage if you have a later flight. We had to transport our luggage to a property in Orchard Rd (at our own expense) - and leave our belongings with some random people who wouldn’t even let us take our bags into the apartment we were leaving our things - this felt so random and a bit unsettling but we didn’t have much choice other than to drag a 23kg back pack & a large suitcase around Singapore for our last few hours. I personally think for the price we paid ($300 aus per night) - there are better properties available in Singapore in better locations. The property was clean and tidy but very small and the luggage issue was disappointing as we were not even allowed to sit beside the pool on the last day as we were told that after the 11am check out we could not have access to the pool. Definitely grab a cab if you are going to come from Changi Airport - $20 in a taxi from terminal 1 - compared to the $60 for a transfer that the property will offer to organise. Location!

Location! Directly opposite La Pau Sat so able to enjoy the market every evening. The pool was pretty cool also overlooking La Pau Dat on the 19th floor. The fridge and fresh water was appreciated.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for the 5th person. It was very small but a actually adequate for our needs.

„Die Lage war ausgezeichnet!

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet! Sehr nah zu den Stationen Telok Ayer und Downtown. Pool und Fitness waren im 19. Stock auch super! Mit dem Personal konnte man problemlos per whatsapp kommunizieren und unsere Koffer konnten wir bis 14 Uhr im Apartment lassen, was sehr komfortabel war! Waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft!

Es gab leider nicht ausreichend Besteck für vier Personen.

Sauberkeit (Boden, Terasse, 1 Matratze im 2. Zimmer mangelhaft) Gepäck konnte erst ab 12.00 (auf Anfrage- ansonten erst 14.00) abgegeben werden. Wir sind allerdings bereits um 9.00 in der Früh gelandet

Por debajo de las expectativas

Limpieza. Contaba con lavadora-secadora, Tenia enfrente un Hawker Center, y Chinatown quedaba a 3 calles

El check-in estaba confirmado para las 3:00 pm, y la persona encargada arribo a las 3:45 pm, es decir, luego de un vuelo intercontinental nos dejaron esperando por 45 minutos, lo cual me parece completamente inaceptable. Luego ni siquiera te entregaban unas instrucciones escritas de la suite, todo fue muy informal. Por el mismo precio se consiguen mejores opciones en Singapore de suites con cocina equipada, y con major ubicación. La TV solo tenia 10 canales.

Номера чистые.

Сняли деньги с Карты. По заселению сказали, что необходимо ещё раз заплатить. Якобы это была проверка действительности Карты со снятием денег. И те деньги вернутся. До сих пор ждём. Ничего не вернулись. Вариантов не было, 2 маленьких ребёнка и мы оплатили повторно. А вообще это абсурд!!! Платить по 2 раза. Может быть денег лишних вообще нет! Наглость и воровство!!

«Апартаменты отличные,рекомендую всем. Хозяевам рекомендую исправить некоторые недочеты.»

Хорошие кровати в спальнях, хорошие бассейны, хорошая ванная комната и душ

диван в гостиной очень неудобный, жесткая середина упирается в спину и постельное белье сползает с кожаной обивки, на кухне необходим тостер и штопор-не могли открыть бутылку вина)

«Отличное расположение!»

Отличное расположение! Порадовало наличие балкона с красивым видом! Свежий ремонт, хорошее состояние апартаментов.

Не было туалетных поинадлежностей. Пришлось просить полотенца, но их принесли в недостаточном количестве. Не было мусорных пакетов. В кухне не установлена посудомоечная машина. Санузел (не могу написать ванная комната) невероятно маленького размера, нет розетки, поэтому невозможно включить фен!

위치와 뷰가 좋음. 사테거리인 라우파삿이 바로 앞.. 지하철 역도 가까웠음

문이 잘 닫기지 않음. 실내화가 없어서 맨발로 다녀여하는 불편함.. 방 키가 하나여서 여럿이 이동할때 미리 들어가거나 일행이 나뉘어서 이동하거나 할 수가 없었음..
